REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be given for coaching sessions paid for and not used.

Exempt Services

The following are exempt from refunds:

  • Completed coaching sessions

  • PDF guides (downloaded or not)

  • Upbringing Collective Membership (monthly and yearly)

Send an email to info@upbringing.co to connect about your refund request and we will reply to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@upbringing.co

COACHING CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that once you have booked a coaching call with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than [24 hours] before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a rebooking charge of $50.

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to our session.

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing us at info@upbringing.co or via whatsapp if you are a pre-existing coaching client who uses this as a mode of connection with us.

UPBRINGING COLLECTIVE MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY

Before you go, let us know if we can do anything to accomodate you and your family better! If you’re needing to take a break or would like to suspend your membership, please do so via your Mighty Networks. Log into your Mighty Network on your web browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.) and go to your Profile Photo > Personal Settings > Account. From there, you can navigate to the bottom of the menu and find the "Deactivate My Account" option. If you deactivate your account, you have the option of re-activating it in the future.

Return and Delivery policies will be put in place when our shop resumes selling tangible merchandise such as posters and mugs.
